Collection of personal data and what it is used for
When you contact us via email or a contact form on the website or social media, we only collect the information needed to answer your question or help you with your matter. It can be information about name, email, telephone number and address so that we can fulfill our part of the agreement with you as a customer. You give your consent to us processing your personal data when you use our services at Venturedesign.se.
In connection with your purchase of product(s) from our assortment, we process your personal data for marketing purposes in order to be able to maintain good customer care. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent given when purchasing our products. Storage of personal data
Your personal data is processed and stored in order for Venture Design to comply with applicable laws, for example applicable accounting, tax and product safety. We save your personal data as long as it is required for the purpose of the processing or according to applicable legal requirements.
In the case of complaints or other customer service cases, the data is stored as long as the case is ongoing and the data that does not have to be saved by law is deleted 6 months after the case is closed.
