HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
The following return process applies to you as a consumer who wishes to return items either under the right of withdrawal or due to a complaint.
Return under the right of withdrawal:
After you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within the withdrawal period, in accordance with our terms of purchase, we will provide a return label that you can use to return the item. The return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be invoiced to you afterward.
If you withdraw your purchase within the withdrawal period and the item has been delivered to you, the item must be sent back to us well-packaged, and if possible in its original packaging, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you notified us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You must return the item complete, which means that all parts, accessories, manuals, etc., must be sent back.
We have the right to make a deduction for any depreciation in the value of the item (compared to its original value), to the extent that the depreciation is due to you handling the item more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. This means that we have the right to make a deduction for depreciation when issuing a refund. The depreciation deduction is assessed by us on a case-by-case basis.
Return due to complaint:
After you have submitted a complaint in accordance with the complaints process outlined in our terms of purchase, we will provide you with a return label that you can use to return the item to us.
Once our customer service has received all the necessary information to handle the complaint case, they will offer various solutions depending on the nature of the fault or defect.
If you accept a price reduction or other compensation as a solution to the issue, the case is considered closed and you cannot later complain about the same fault. However, this does not affect your right to complain about any other faults that may arise. If you still choose to return the item, you will not be charged any fees or return shipping.
If the complaint is approved, you will not be charged any fees or return shipping. If the complaint is not approved, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility and will be invoiced to you afterward.
Please note:
Items returned with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
If there is an outstanding invoice with the payment service provider, it must be paid before the due date even if the item has been returned.
