If your return is a return purchase or return within your right of return, do the following:
Go to our website and log in. Under "MY PAGES" you will find your orders and all information about which items you ordered. Click on the "RETURN GOODS" button in the menu, fill in the form and send it to us, and we will get back with a return slip.
Upon return, a return fee of SEK 150 per package will be charged. When returning larger/heavier items, a return shipping fee of SEK 350 per package is also charged.
If your handling of the goods meant a reduction in value of the same or if the original box is missing or destroyed, a deduction for reduction in value can be made, the deduction is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are made as soon as we have received the return and processed it, normally this takes about 2-3 weeks from the date you sent the return. Refunds are made via the same payment method you used when placing the order. When repaying via bank card, it takes a few extra days before you see the money in your account due to the bank's processing time.
If your return concerns a complaint or that you received the wrong item, do the following:

After customer service has received all the information they need to be able to help you in the matter, they will give you different solution suggestions depending on what the error/defect is. You waive future claims and return rights for the specific fault if you accept a price reduction/compensation. If you choose to return goods in any case, you will not be charged for any fees or return shipping.
